Symptom entries are stored on the user's device. PeriTrack Journal does not require an account or cloud sync.
How do I unlock doctor reports?
Open History, tap Generate Doctor Report, and purchase the lifetime doctor-report unlock. Restore Purchase is available from the same paywall.
Does PeriTrack provide medical advice?
No. PeriTrack is for symptom tracking and appointment preparation. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergency guidance.
